Charles Johnson, über-blogger and scourge of "anti-war" [Ed.- these really aren't anti-war if you read them carefully you will see that there is often active cheerleading for the Islamists] blogs and Islamist pathology has been on a Grim Milestone Watch over the last several days, charging that the commemorative gatherings marking the 2,000th military death in Iraq as "parties." The "anti-war" blogs insist that these rallies, sponsored by the American Friends (Quakers) and Cindy Sheehan's Gold Star Families for somethingorother, would be somber and respectful. Well, Zombietime has some photos of these parties in San Francisco and Berkeley. Check them out and see what you think. To me, looks like a lot of smiling faces. Maybe they have the inside scoop on a certain special counsel.
