A Reason To Go Back To The Movies.

Albert Brooks, damn funny and one of my personal favorites has a new movie, Looking For Comedy In The Muslim World that looks like it's going to be very, very funny. The trailer is here.

Brooks plays Albert Brooks, who is sent by the US Government to India and Pakistan to find out what makes Muslims laugh. Release is set for January 2006. I don't think that it will be screened in Tehran, but I'm hearing buzz that Salman Rushdie has already sent Brooks a dozen roses and some nose glasses.
