Michael Brown Out. Sort of.

The AP is reporting that FEMA director Michael Brown has been "removed from his role" in managing disaster relief. It doesn't seem as if he is being fired, yet. There's talk of appointing a "Katrina or Hurricane Czar."

Vice Admiral Thad Allen is being mentioned.
