Kathleen Blanco has a problem. No, besides that. Her new problem is that she was caught on tape admitting that she didn't ask for troops when she should have. The Political Teen has the CNN story, along with her explaining to Miles O'Brien that she "doesn't know what day it is."
I don't want to pile on the good--ahem--governor, here but there is little doubt left that even now she is in over her head. With the Mayor of New Orleans vacating his city in favor of Dallas and the Governor absent at least mentally, it looks as if the people of Louisiana are in this all by themselves.
