Police officers raise a British flag in front of the State Department in Washington, D.C., Thursday, July 7, 2005, in remembrance of those killed in the London bombings. (AP Photo/Yuri Gripas)
It was the first time a foreign flag has been raised at the State Department.

You just know Condi had something to do with it! I know it's only been a few months, but she continues gearing up to be one of the best and most effective Secretary of States that I can remember.
Of course, there's Kissinger, but I really really hated the idea of detente.
